The Ktarans are a humanoid species native to the planet Ktar V.
They are known for having a small territory, containing colonies such as Camala, Balak, Tarak and Forvan. In 2267, the Ktaran government collapsed, leaving the colonies to survive on their own. Several refugees who managed to escape the ensuing chaos settled among major powers, including the Mawasi Empire, Danteri Confederacy and the Terran Federation.
